I was on a business trip for 2 days Grand Broholic fitted into my budget. The property is on the main road in Hafeezpet area and is 4km to Novotel HCC centre. Rooms are small and okay if you are on business trip. The premises, rooms, bathrooms, Bedsheets are clean and its best if you are solo. don't expect 3 star hotel feeling but it's a tad better then guest houses.

The bathroom was leaking and some spots were dirty. Service was okay and cleaning on request was quick. Main problem was the unavailability of said facilities. Property manager and staff were friendly. Experience could have been better if the promised facilities were provided.

I stayed here for two days. The staff and service were very good. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, they didn’t provide water bottles and bathroom kit. I found difficult to find a good hotel for food within walking distance.

The place was not as expected. The staff was good but poor management. The bedsheets were not cleaned. Also, there was no buffet breakfast. The hotel people served idli from the roadside. Frankly speaking, it is the worst property I have ever lived using MakeMyTrip. You people could have done much better. I would recommend that you first change the misleading photographs on your website regarding this hotel.
