Food is good But like No glasses for water, no water bottle, door knobs are not working. The service staff kept asking for the food bill to pay, though it was not there. They kept asking my father. Although we are staying for the next day. Find location physically. Food is good. Service is okay. Thank you.

❌ ❌ ❌ worst experience of a hotel stay so far and there isn't a single reason 1. one day after booking hotel via mmt they randomly call and tell booking can't be alloted as they have given room to other guest and replace it with another hotel less than half the price of original 2. even when reaching other alloted hotel also a fab hotel property they deny check in at 11 pm midnight, no government order say so, we had to get help in midnight to get our check in 3. deny allotment to respectable doctors who have prior bookings, so big no if you are travelling with family 3. Ghazipur drain passes just adjacent to hotel giving you a pungent sulfur feacal smell throughout night 4. mosquitos every where in room if you wish to book a hotel keep fab hotels out of the list, not even on last

Room was so ugly, air condition was poor. No lift service though our room was in 4th floor. Insects were roaming at night(cockroach). Total dissatisfaction.

No proper management . TV and AC remote cells were not working. No proper cleanups of the room done. At night people were smoking in the lobbies. Despite of telling to check the remote of TV and AC no one was bothered to our concern. WiFi was only working in mobile not in the laptop.

My hotel stay was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned, there was no shampoo, no drinking water, and many of the facilities mentioned, such as the sofa, were not provided. My booking was for an overnight stay, but due to these issues, I had to check out within just 3 hours on the same day

Hotel Infrastructure was poor. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches present in the room. Also after asking initially to spray mosquito repellent to the staff they haven't helped. Service was also average. Ac was leaking water and also they haven't shared the remote for AC. The door lock was also not working properly, One time I got locked inside the room and was not able to open the door. bedsheets were also stained yellow.

1.) breakfast is just bread toasted which took them 45 minutes..told breakfast will be served at 8:30..I asked and came at 9:25 and that too just tea and toasted bread...then I scolded and they brought Poha..so beware of booking here. 2.) room is full of mosquitoes and not like shown in image...image shown in MMT is might be of hotel inauguration when new... today full of dust, very ugly, everywhere you will find dust and no cleaning and hygeine.. washroom worst old and image in MMT is misguiding. 3.) I strongly recommend go to hotel see and then only book..this is wrong image and show-off done at MMT... I will never trust MMTbin future. 4.) they have disabled lift to ground floor life also not suitable if someone wants to avoid stairs. 5.) no normal supplies like other hotels in room .I rate this as 1* or 2* hotel and never consider this 3* hotel. I am very much sure no owner or management visit surprise to hotel and don't care of what staff of doing in hotel for cleanliness.

I had a horrible experience at Fab hotel Hargobind enclave...the floor was dirty...bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty and smelly. AC was leaking. Breakfast was complimentary however they directly served poha with milk tea without any prior notice and no further options were entertained..worst ever stay till date..MMT shall atleast see the quality of the hotels and check all the rooms before listing out in their platform

Not worth AC without remote. AC filled with dust and some rodent made noise throughout night. Shower didn't work (luckily I got bucket when demanded). Toiletries not provided. Room condition pathetic. Door lock defective, evertyime I had to ask for service help.MMT remove this hotel from your 3 star section or reduce its rates. Not worth more than 800 type hotels
