Very bad poor hygiene,wifi not working,no water bottle, staff behaviour not acceptable location is not good for stay ,no privacy because of short curtains easily visible from outside. I have booked because of the travel brand but no cheking the hotel at all and gave the rating good but it not good at all

Terrible Stay

It was worst experience for both of us, me and my wife, saw mice in my room and in the hallway, dirtiest tumbler, slippery bathroom, dirty bedsheet, dirty pillows. Paid for two days stay but checked out in one day, it was that bad. Suggestion: Kindly check the hotel before enrollment and it was not at all a hotel.

worst hotel ever I have seen in my life completely different hotel shown in picture don't book this hotel if you have family with you location is also incorrect 1.5 km away from ram mandir it's outside area think twice before book this hotel

Experience was average even though it was rated 5 stars . There was no lift for elderly people . Overall the services were good but obviously not worth 5 stars

Terrible Property, & Location not Matching

Property is listed as 5 star, however, it is a homestay with Fabhotel tie-up and is not even on main road we had elderly parents and booked room their because it mentioned that rooms are on ground floor (we even confirmed the same be calling the hotel), however, upon reaching we found that the reception was on first floor with 17-20 high step stairs and they are considering that as ground floor. room size was also smaller than showed in photos and washrooms were very dirty. In addition, the surrounding location was not safe, as the property was not on the main road and was in a very small alley with unsafe neighbour hood (couple of people were smoking weed right beside the hotel building).

Our stay was Terrible. Firstly, the location mentioned incorrect and the actual location of the property was very bad and in interiors. Also, the situation of room and washroom was terrible. They don't provide any amenity like kettle, towels, soaps. The cleanliness was also not good. They give you room and they don't provide any other facility or support. The staff was also very bad. Whenever we ask for any service they just refuse. We opted for with breakfast room but there was no option for breakfast and they said that they will bring breakfast from some resturent and will provide. On the day of our checkout they said they are bringing breakfast since 8 in the morning but the breakfast has not come till 8.45 and we have to leave without breakfast. Do not book this property at all. They are fooling with amenities they mentioned and over charging.
