Hotel asked me to checkout on standard time whereas I have paid for Granted Late checkout . Even MAKEMYTRIP customer care was also not helpful even after showing them the booking voucher and other booking details specifically having Late checkout Addon included. This whole episode consume 2 hours of mine while on reception itself. And my family was waiting for me the whole time in the Hotel room. I had planned to go near by market with family and children but this whole unwelcome experience took all the time. Hotel staff was very rude and didnot want to even listen what I want to say. Only saying that you are not entitled to stay after standard time and need to check out or pay fine.
