Great staff in an OK hotel

I had a short stay in Bhopal and found this FabHotel Kamla Regency quite reasonable without being great. I had a little trouble locating the FabHotel Kamla Regency when I arrived late at night. I have very little Hindi and Google maps took my driver and me to a slightly wrong location. A quick call to reception, who spoke to my driver, and that was all sorted out. We were in fact quite close. The room was clean and everything worked fine. The rest of the FabHotel Kamla Regency was also clean. The best bit was management and staff. Due to other issues at the time I had to go to a police station and speak to officers. The management facilitated this with minimal fuss and I thank them for that.

I came to Hotel with doubt whether it would be good Hotel to stay. But my perception changed once I checked in, reception welcomed with good rapport and room was very clean and comfortable to stay. Room service was very excellent.
