I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with a few basic amenities missing. There was no TV in the room, which made the stay less comfortable, especially during downtime. Additionally, no toiletries were provided — not even basic items like soap or shampoo. For the price charged, I expected at least these essentials.
