The room was very dirty, the staff is also not cooperative. This room is not ideal for a family to stay in

I checked out a room and asked for the rate. I also checked the price online, and it was lower. I asked them to match the online price, but they refused. So, I booked it online. Then they told me, “We don’t accept online bookings for immediate check-ins.” I spoke to customer support, and after a 20-minute call, they finally agreed — but only because the booking was non-refundable. Meanwhile, it was raining heavily, and during that time, they rudely told me to leave at least 10 times. Eventually, they allowed me to stay, but they gave me a very dirty room. I have pictures. The AC wasn’t working, and when I complained, they said they wouldn’t change the room. In the morning during breakfast, I had to ask at least 10 times just to get one paratha and a cup of tea.

first time ever I have experienced such a thing , I am a frequent user but never faced such things. Hotel is just fraud and nothing matches with the specifications given while booking. cleanliness is worst staff is worst name of hotel doesn't matches with the name mentioned ac not working, door locks not working, shower and tap not working, I mean it is zero star. Request you to make sure whatever post on site must be cross checked.

The best budget option in this location. I would say the worth for the price paid deal it is. Services were fine 👍👍

Just now I checked out from this beautiful hotel. it was such a pleasurable stay. Every section was excellent starting from all staff behaviour cleaniness house keeping food and service. If I ever come again will definitely chosse my stay again here.

The staff behaviour is awesome, service was fast and polite, hotel manager is ready to solve your problems within seconds, budget friendly, I would suggest you to book this hotel. The towel, pillow and bedspread was also very neat and clean.

Excellent hotel at a very nice location . All major attractions are very near by. Hotel staff is very polite . Rooms are very clean and specious. Breakfast was also very nice. Overall experience was awesome. Food was good. Provide dinner also.. if it's possible, then it will be much better for visitors

Fabulous! My stay here was amazing. I booked through the app and I must say, huge value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and polite. The room service was excellent. And they also provided delicious breakfast. The location is also good with nearby supermarkets. I am competely satisfied with my experience in this hotel.

Even the handwash and bodywash bottle were not refilled. Bedsheet was torn and the entire room including toilet was unhygienic.
