FabHotel New Annapurna Plaza - Nr. Axis Mall

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Feb Hotel New Annapurna. The service was atrocious—staff were rarely available, and when they did show up, they were completely unhelpful. The rooms were filthy, with unclean surfaces and beds that smelled terrible. Despite my booking clearly including breakfast and dinner, the hotel staff claimed there was no such inclusion. Even when I placed an order, the food took over an hour to arrive, and later they claimed there was no gas to cook anything. At checkout, they even added extra charges to the bill without any explanation. This hotel is completely unprofessional and mismanaged. It’s not worth the per night I paid. Avoid this place at all costs.

Poor hotel receptionist asked for live photos with id proofs, dont know why, bugs in room. Manageable for a night if getting under 1000, breakfast was not even served

Home Away From Home Felt so comfortable and welcomed here. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy atmosphere. Will be recommending this to all my friends!
