I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room was spacious, and whenever I called for service, it was provided on time, which I really appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. On arrival, I noticed a small cockroach in the room. The bed sheet was torn and didn’t seem freshly changed. The blanket cover was also torn and uncomfortable, and the pillow cover was loose, with the pillow slipping out. I had booked free breakfast, but it consistently arrived 40–50 minutes late, so I eventually stopped ordering it. Overall, while the staff service was prompt, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room need major improvement.

Toiletries Missing: The toilet kit was not available in the room, which is a basic amenity expected at any standard accommodation. No Running Water: There was no water coming from the tap, making it extremely difficult to maintain hygiene or use the bathroom facilities. Overall Quality: The overall quality of the room and service was far below expectations. It was a very poor experience.

Washroom was not clean. Commode had black water in it. The bedsheets are stained. Floor was dirty as if the room hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest left. TERRIBLE! When asked for a different room, we were denied. When complained at the reception, it is told to us that “you could have asked to change the room before using it” and mind you, that is exactly when we asked for a different room.

Terrible Stay
Room was pathetic, it was smelling like garbage bag. House keeping staffs were soo illiterate that they didn't even listen to my needs. I didn't had breakfast for anyday, it had all the possible bacteria for diarrhea. 1. Every morning the coffee was served is some broken try 2. They didn't even clean the bedsheets even after repeated complaints 3. Quilt wasn't changed from day 1, it had stains from previous customers 4. The towel was very unhygienic and smelled like rotten rat
