Staff was very poor in response., called room service couple of times for few services, no response ultimately visited front desk even to get a clean glass to take some medicine, TV remote was provided after multiple follow up, washrooms are unhygienic, AC units are broken needs maintenance, room 310 keys were not working.. bedsheet and pillow cover were very dirty, spotted and unhygienic.. room floor was also dusty.. it was close to railway station other than that nothing is good ☹️☹️☹️

Food was not good have received a chicken portion that should not serve with guest । Restaurant personell shall spent more concentration on the guest who arrived at his restaurant। ,,1st evening have waiting more than 10 minutes to take attention from them that one guest was waiting for food after journey of 450 kilometres. Quantity of food is good but should serve with proper manner that guest have consume it accordingly.intercom not working

As per location, it is good with underground parking facility. Driver accommodation not available there but nearby walking distance hotel , Driver can accommodate. It was my 3/4 th stay through online portal. Rooms are specious and little maintaining on Bathroom part need. Good for price support & location basis. if any combo Food booking, need proper clarification

Situated on the main Cuttack Road, this hotel has a good connectivity by Road and also @walking distance from the Bhubaneswar Rly Station. Rooms were big, but AC stopped working in night. Complementary breakfast was very basic with limited options. hotel staff lacks the professionalism. Overall it was a good experience. had a terrible experience at the hotel this time. the room booked was in the deluxe category but the Hotel allotted a standard room. The bathroom has poor drainage issues, ac wasn't cooling enough for which the person at the reception stated that all the ac are such while last month only I had stayed in the same hotel for 6 days without such issues. moreover the room also did not have chillar available. The bed mattress was also substandard or lost its comfort level. The room was allocated at the roof which in no way should be available as per municipality norms.
