It was very bad experience. The hotel was lacking basic amenities, hygiene , cleanliness, foul smelling dampness in walls, ceiling fan was hanging and poses safety threats, flush was not working, exhaust fan not working, broken window glass . Had to check out on the same

The hotel and the people at the hotel were terrible. Water was not coming, lift was not working, very dirty and rude behaviour of staff. i recommend everyone to not book this. it is extremely bad

I had made the booking for 02 adult and 02 kids but when reached to hotel, I was informed by the hotel that they had booking for 02 adults only and not kids. Also, hotel conditions was terrible as it was stinking and room was full of cockroaches and no water in washroom... nobody can stay in this room. I demand for full refund for the inconvenience.

Me and my family is staying in the white moon hotel and it has been a quite good experience till now. The checkin process was fast, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are well maintained. Service team and housekeeping team is also very prompt and fast which is quite rare to find in budget hotels. property’s location is very nyc, nearby to Madhapur. Rooms seems to be quite new and spacious, washroom was clean and today, They have arranged me food from outside which was very tasty and pocket friendly❤️ Even the staff was wonderful and helped me to arrange cab for airport!

poor experience. single travelar. no facility of inhouse dine in or breakfast. breakfast is arranged from local vendor. Tea/ coffee is not served along with breakfast. room is not cleaned daily unless asked.. Towels & other toiletries are not changed in 4 days stay. not good thought to repeat stay nor recommended to other travelars.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The beds weren't very comfortable, but we survived. 😊 Very quiet, didn't hear any noises at all. Wifi was intermittent but we were in the furthest room from the router. It worked well out in the hall. AC and fans were very nice!!
