Food facilities should be improved. As per website it's showing complementary breakfast available but here breakfast only choice basis. Apart from food in tv only few channels available it should be more. Apart from these two everything is ok. Not required

Rooms are good the service is very pathetic which needs to improved a lot, if we request some thing he service staff are taking more than 30 minutes after multiple reminders. I stayed for 2 days I have gave keys for cleaning no cleaning were done and the staffs answer were very lethargic

The Hotel room was good for the price. But after shower, the water won't properly drain in washroom. Location wise the property is in main area. The major issue is breakfast will be provided very late in the morning. Also no option of food for breakfast. For a bread Omlette, need to wait for a long time. In those aspects its not good. But Wifi connectivity was good.

The hotel / service apartment was located ideally in the heart of Secunderabad city, near several restaurants and shopping malls. The room provided was clean enough for the amount charged. However we were not happy with the size of cot/bed provided. A king size double bed would have been ideal for sleeping comfortably. The washroom was clean enough with no problem in water supply. Though the person at the reception was very polite and helpful, we were disappointed with the room service. There was considerable delay in getting what we wanted . Apparently staff shortage. All in all the stay was comfortable.

In the washroom flush was not working in room no301.I complained around 1.30pm then again on 4pm bt they didn’t send anyone later on around 7.30pm they send told me there is no option bt they will change room.Why changing room after 7 hours. Very shocking experience
