Nice Hotel with great location. Mr. Gautam was a very helpful staff member. Rooms were clean and AC was working excellently in hot and humid climate

We were asked to stay in another hotel at Elvins beach place due to operational challengs. the address and the location were all different. we agreed to stay at different place by looking at the photo. but when we reached the place was different what it is in the photo. but the hotel staff at Elvins beach place were good. they supported us throughout. Fab hotel needs to be firm with their commitment instead of making changes at the last minute.

The location of this budget hotel is perfect for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and even gave recommendations for nearby attractions. My room was simple but spotless. No frills, but comfortable and safe. Great value and a smart option for travelers who just need a good night’s sleep.

I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the overall experience in the future.

It's doesn't look like a hotel, be like lodge or appartment. Very bad service and breakfast. No hygiene. Overall very bad experience.

Worst ever property visited and had to change on very first nite of check in. Pathetic rooms and dogs all around

Fabhotel is selling this property as a hotel but this is a service apartment. Everything is bad in this service apartment. Rooms, bathroom, ac horrible, seepage in rooms, unclean. Please don't allow them to use your platform for booking.

After reached hotel they have denied for give rooms even after advance payment done. they even not responding for anything owner and staff is really shameless, greedy, unprofessional and faltu people fab hotel reputation spoilded "I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH FAB HOTELS IN NY LIFE"

The stay was beyond terrible. Hotel isn't fit to be termed as 3 star hotel. It isn't fit to be rented out. Rooms are breeding fields for all kinds of insects. Staff doesn't understand the meaning of cleanliness.

Hotel is in a prime location, the room given is also big. But the image shown and the original is irrelevant, this is a very old building.

wow. this place has 7, yes, seven swimming pools. all decent or big sized. great overall super market bhi inside

Property is situated walkin distance from candolim beach with big swimming pool and decent rooms spacious as well. Rooms having balcony so it's really good

The staff were very helpful. A whatsapp chat was created for all our needs and they would tend to them at the earliest. Also helped us with transport and gave us good contacts. Also completely safe for women if you have a girls trip

The property was not well maintained. The linen was old and we had to ask them to replace them. Even the room was not properly cleaned so that also needed to be redone. The sofa cushions were stained and dirty. There are multiple swimming pools but only one was clean enough to take a dip. The property has great potential if maintained properly but in the shabby state it is in now i feel disappointed.
