FabHotel Prime Immense Residency

Location of FabHotel Prime Immense Residency is easily accessible. When i first reached there the staff at reception desk was not very professional and didn't know which room should be allotted so they had to make multiple calls to their senior. After the allotment of room i noticed room wasn't fully clean (seem like somebody checked out few minutes ago) towels were dirty and even flush wasn't working well. Still that was only 2 nights of stay so i managed and after complaint of these things staff responded quickly and issues got resolved. Food service was terrible. Prices are way too high according to taste of the food and half of the things in the menu were not even available. Food staff wasn't respondingly promptly to my orders as they didn't know if that thing is available or not. Housekeeping service was commendable. I called one time and staff came and cleaned nicely. They handle complaints very well and on time, the only thing is these complaints should be avoided that's it.

The room was Neat & Clean, Mattresses were really comfy and the ambience was extremely good as well. Staff was Cooperative and Friendly as well. Over-all a very Nice Stay option in Faridabad. Definitely Recommended

Location is very easily accessible from mathura road. Staff members are friendly & cooperative. Rooms was having smaller freez as well it help to keep the food items.
