The experience of stay and service was pretty good. People were quite welcoming and I do recommend this hotel for its great hospitality.

There was no hotel with the same name as the one I booked.First of all, you need to change it in the app by pressing Makemite.I was two hours late checking in because my name was wrong.This very bad experience.

Property is at an excellent location just off the sea beach. But maintenance is rather poor and the staff are not up to mark at all. Buffet is non existent and service is haphazard.

Can you imagine a hotel not having bread/toast etc during breakfast? I requested them but to no effect. I stayed with family for 3days/ nights. Food was also substandard. Location not good. At the end of a narrow and dwindling lane

The entire experience was very bad. The room was full of spiders, cobwebs and lizards with stains on the walls and bed. Mostly the staff do not care and hospitality is non existent. You only get a few items as complimentary breakfast and lunch and dinner have to be ordered 2-3 hours before and even then you will get your order after 1-2 hours. Do not take your kids and family here as mostly people come here for drinking and partying the entire night. The only redeeming factor is the proximity to the beach and I would rather recommend the hotel next to this resort. Wifi and Tv do not work here and when you call they will make up absurd reasoning and provide you with nothing. Also beware, the final bill might include extra charges so be careful while checking out and check the bill carefully.

Room was shabby. Chairs dirt stained. Refused to serve us breakfast even though we paid for it. Extremely rude and hostile behaviour.

Food was good, staff behavior was very good. Need to provide atleast toiletries. Need to mention correct name as icon heritage to identify the correct location. Which is not mentioned.

There is two hotels in same campus and same owner. 1) fab hotel - where booking allowed located at backyard of campus 2) icon hotel located in-front near reception - booking, once you reach at hotel campus at reception they will ask your documents for check-in then they will allocate not ready very dirty room smelling like anything of fab hotel just backyard of campus, after complaining to owner he told at this amount we have such rooms only, if you want good rooms then we have another icon hotel but there charges are high, ground floor You have to pay just balance amount of fab hotel booking.

The location is good, the food quality is up to the mark, the room service is good but the room needs to be maintained more precisely and the swimming pool is one of the great attractions of this hotel.

The actual condition of the room was completely different from the photo. There is a big quotation on the hygiene part and cleanliness of hotel. Hotel staff are not professional enough to handle this kind property. Food is very costly compared to its quality. And the worst part is that hotel staff is offering expired food to his guests. There is no proper system in the hotel. Only good part is the swimming pool which is maintained as per expectations. However, the overall experience is terrible and pathetic. I want my money return which i paid extra to hotel.

Lacks hospitality and servicing, too pricey, food is average, lacks basic amenities like hangers and towel stand in the room/bathroom. Does not provide additional towels or hangers if asked for. No tv channels available. Only appreciable thing is swimming pool

First of all, the name of the hotel is not engraved or written anywhere in the hotel. Secondly, in the amenities section, it is shown that the hotel has an elevator/lift service service, but there is no sign of elevator there, as it causes problems for the aged people. Otherwise, everything is well and good.

I have booked a executive room, however the room was not at all clean and should not be called a executive room, bathroom was upto the mark, western toilet was broken, food is very expensive location was good, very near to the beach
