Complaint Regarding Hotel Experience I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent hotel booking through MakeMyTrip. I had booked a Premium Room for 1 Adult at FabHotel Prime Krishna Regency – Near Krishnanagar Bus Stand, from 20th April to 22nd April 2025. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that since the booking was for one person, I should not have booked a Premium Room. They further stated that in the future, if I wish to book a Premium Room, I must do so for two persons, or else I will be assigned a Single Room, regardless of what is shown or available on MakeMyTrip. This is extremely disappointing and misleading, as I had clearly paid for a Premium Room based on what was displayed and available for booking on your platform. Nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that Premium Rooms were only valid for two-person bookings. Additionally, the Standard Rooms at this property are extremely small, which is why I intentionally paid a higher amount to book a Premium Room for a more comfortable and spacious stay. The hotel's handling of this situation, and their refusal to honour the category I paid for, was both unprofessional and frustrating. I request that you kindly look into this matter and ensure that proper action is taken either with the hotel or your listing details to avoid future inconvenience for customers. I also expect an appropriate resolution or compensation for the confusion and lack of service alignment.

groupLocated on are n tag-ore road, a main area in krishnanagar with shops and eateries around. Situated on the main road and located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building with a working lift. The rooms were clean and service was decent. Mr. Samrat from the front desk was very helpful with us. One con was no kettle or tea bag provided in the room and the kitchen is also not functional in this hotel. Overall, a good stay in this city.
