Hotel entrance was pathetic, Lift not working, No mineral water some local brand water provided, very bad food, very poor maintenance of rooms, Dirty Pillows

Hotel is located in not so clean area, it is 1.5km away from us visa center. The room is bad, no amenities , Internet is poor drop connections every 5 mins , the staff is nice and very helpful. Room service is paid to order source outside the property and have to be paid in cash everyone you order. No telephone in the room had to either open the door and loom for hotel staff to order basic coffee or had to visit the reception desk every time. Food quality is average.

I stayed here for 12 days and I have got a great experience with this place. Service quality was good. Room was clean and well maintained. Everything have their own pros and cons.... But I recommend must stay here. Thanks to all staff

Room was small. The bedsheets were slightly torn. Tv wasn’t working. Bathroom was small and hot water wasn’t always available. Food was good though. Room service was nice too
