location wise.. A1 as it is located in the main market of Calungute. I had booked a superior room so it was very very spacious.. much more than I expected. the only area of improvement of the breakfast. Though the food was tasty but there was not much variety in the buffet. There was poha, poori n sabzi n bread butter n corn flakes, and tea.

Location was amazing- room was big with ample space and storage options- however multiple issues which can be improved. For all 3 days I stayed- internet was lost- multiple infra issues in room- no one was taking care of guest’s hospitality. Welcome drinks were not even asked- apart from good property- overall experience was terrible

Average experience in Hotel, average food

Property location is around 900 meters away from Calangute beach, breakfast food items are very limited only 4 to 5 items including bread and puri, food was cold and only after rwquest it was heated back in oven. Tea was pathetic, even after request to serve again a strong tea, it was not done. We have taken breakfast package but it is a waste of money as we have to eate food at nearby outside restaurants which were much better. Suggesting not to include breakfast option while booking..Most of time, canteen was empty, very few guests were coming to eat.. In room also there is no beach side view, AC is not centralised so sometimes it gives good cooling and sometimes not cooling properly..Hot water was not coming properly..overall service quality needs to improve.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping. The staff was helpful and always greeted me with a smile. It’s located in a great area with restaurants and shops nearby. For the price, I couldn't have asked for more. Everything worked perfectly, including the Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
