Despite my high expectations, the hotel failed to deliver on basic amenities, including food service, and the rooms and pool were in an unacceptable state of cleanliness.

upon arrival for check-in, we were informed that all rooms were already full. The hotel shifted us to another property instead. Unfortunately, the alternate property had multiple issues, including: No proper hot water supply Door lock problems Water supply issues We did not have time to argue further during our stay, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. We requested a refund directly at the property, but they informed us that complaints must be raised only This situation wasted our valuable time and caused inconvenience. I kindly request to provide at least a partial refund for this booking, as the service received was unacceptable. I hope you will look into this matter seriously

The staying experience was not at satisfactory, the only best thing is the location of this hotel,,, near to calangute beach. Now coming to other details. Rooms are okaish and not that much clean the way its shown on the pics, all the linens were having deep stains on it and even the curtains, blankets, towels. The worst part we faced is bed bugs on the beds and pillows and my wife suffered deep wounds due to bed bugs bites, we have to rush to the doctor very next day as there were multiple bites over the entire night. Next day after complaining they provided me a standard AC room while i booked a premium pool side view room. Next comes the food, if you order something like ala carte then that will still be good but the breakfast buffet is very okaish and if you ask for omelette or poached egg they will make every effort to not to take that order and if you follow up then they will give u the same. Next comes the cutleries provided during the buffet time, all the cutleries were either edge broken, or else has stain/permanent marks or else discolouration of the bowls and cups which makes things look very unhygenic and tidy.nexr comes wifi connectivity inside the hotel rooms is not that great,very poor connectivity. Also if you ask for a warm water for bathing purpose then that will be delivered post 10am in the morning, they do gave solar gysers installed but the water that comes to the bathroom is not that much hot, overall the behaviour of the staffs should be more courteous and soothing-to ears,

Best property of calangute and USP of the property is that it very near to calangute beach. Properties bar was decently priced with ample amount of options. Pool was also well maintained.

Had a wonderful stay at Fabhotel King's court. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. Property staff mayur and Vitthal were also very helpful through the stay. The in-house bar was equally impressive, offering a good variety of drinks at reasonable prices with a cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Rooms were neat and comfortable, and the staff was attentive throughout our stay.

MMT need to work on there service

I am very much disappointed with MMT . Following are the reason 1) hot water supply not available 2)room service not been provided 3)parking space is very conjested 4) breakfast area was dirty 5) staff was not polite 6) room mirror and bathroom area was not good 7) keetel was unclean and coffee sachet was not provided there was only one cup provided
