Location is good , food takes lil longer time to get. As hotel dont have there own kitchen, facilities is average ,staff is nice and polite , cleaniness is 3. Service is 3, location is 4, staff is 5.

groupBooked 2 rooms for 4 people. Rooms/Bathrooms were clean and enough spacious. Bed mattress (gadda) was poor ( springy). Wifi was good. Room service was also good. Staff was helpful (However, they can work on their body language). Soaps provided as amenities were shit ( no lather). Two clean towels for two people ( we didn't use ). We reached at 10 AM but because Check in time was 12 PM, we had to wait in the waiting area. Overall experience was good as compared to the prices we paid (got it a bit cheap than usual prices, may be due to the reason that the property has a pool at the terrace but it's not in a good state since the winter season is on (stale water). 4 out of 5 stars.
