Our stay was disappointing due to several basic shortcomings. The amenities were extremely limited, and the water supply was a major issue. When we arrived and tried to freshen up, there was no water in the washroom, which was very inconvenient. We had booked a double occupancy room, but only one towel was provided, and there were no slippers. The bathroom was poorly stocked, with just one small soap and no shampoo or oil. Even after requesting the missing items, we received the extra towel and slippers only by evening. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, only aloo paratha and sandwiches were available. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price or what was promised.

the receptionist Akash first said during my check-in that he was upgrading my room from deluxe room to premium only to come later and ask for more money for that room. The bedsheets were dirty as well.
