FabHotel RK Palace @ Ayodhya

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent stay at a hotel in Ayodhya, booked through your platform. My experience was fraught with multiple issues, which I hope you will address promptly. Firstly, upon arrival at the hotel at 1 AM, the caretaker denied us check-in despite having informed the hotel in advance about our late check-in. The caretaker insisted that no confirmation of our booking was received, leaving us stranded at an odd hour. Furthermore, the service at the hotel itself was subpar. Despite the booking including breakfast, no breakfast was provided on the first day. The excuse given was that the kitchen was not operational at that time. Upon request, we were merely given a cup of tea and some buttered bread. On the second day, breakfast was entirely absent again. Additionally, our room was situated near the main lobby, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise and disturbance. Given these numerous issues, I am requesting a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. I also expect compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this ordeal. Sincerely Dinesh

My experience was bad with the hotel.

The place is good stay. Hotel staff is indeed very helpful. The in house restaurant food is amazing. A loo pratha is must try.

No Lights, No water in bathroom, No cleaning inside Room, No staff why you are booking use Less property

The hotel is not good. It was very difficult to stay there. Bathroom was very dirty. Drinkingwater arrangement was notavailable. Got very bitter experience

We stayed for total of 2 nights and 3 days. Customer service was nice. The hotel was at walking distance to ram janmbhoomi temple and saryu ghat. Overall stay was comfortable and hygienic.

Staff was very supportive. I had a comfortable stay and wonderful darshan. Located near temple. E rickshaw is easily available. Considering everything, i will recommend the place.

Good and comfortable stay. Ram janam bhumi is only 800 meters from the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We recommended this hotel in ayodhya.

Not even as good as an ordinary home room. Small room, not even a comfortable chair to sit, no glass for water, no wardrobe. Washroom stinks, wash basin too small and if you use it you are sure to hit your head on the stand above. No dining. No professional staff. Only three- four untrained boys do the house keeping. No lounge. Power fails often and no back up!

The hotel/home stay looked like a shed & there’s nothing around like restaurants or even cabs. We reached the place & saw the name of hotel has been changed. Post check in even basic amenities like drinking water, towel, soap etc were missing. The room service starts only post 10 am post which you can request for breakfast etc as they don’t have a restaurant. Hotel is selling rooms for 2k but make my trip is charging almost 5k may i ask for what?

Very terrible experience with this stay. Even the name of the place is different. Its not are k bhawan but are k palace. Found difficult to locate this place! 1st of all, its in remote place. Nobody knows about this place. They are not professionals to handle your booking. I had booked in 1 month advance via mmt. When i arrived, they said, no rooms available and they would shift us to a different place. Though the other place turned out better than their place, they asking to shift to different one was unprofessional ! they also did not inform to the owner of that other place to which they shifted us that we have booked for 2 days and they should be giving us for 2 days. After a day, new place owner asked to again to shift to another room. Rooms were not good & clean for the price you are paying. I do not recommend this one.

Rooms are good comfortable and clean. Caretaker is very supportive and food is prepared as per your choice.

First day they have provided a room with very bad smell and they have refused to replace with another room. Second day morning after a long dispute they have given another room. They have asked me to stay in other lodge and they are not cooperative. Make my trip should not engage such lodges in future.

Disastraous. The property owner took me to a substandard home stay and said this is his branch whereas he took commission from the home stay person and left

The did fraud with us, did not provide the rooms on the date of booking, tried to shift us to some other third class place without any prior information.

Jai shree ram it has been fantastic experience staying at rk palace. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. It is close to all sightseeing locations /pilgrimage area such as saryu ghat, ram lalla mandir, hanuman garhi and many more. In addition, staff was very co-operative and of friendly nature. I would really recommend to devotee or the family with those looking for fair budget and for whom location predominantly matters. Thanks to rk staff for making such wonderful arrangements where needed. Small improvement needed in terms of wifi connectivity and clear location on maps. I hope they resolved it anyway. Jai shree ram
