smelling rooms, unhygienic bedsheets and blankets, moulds on walls, lights were not working. door lock wasn't working. all in all a terrible experience. book it only if it's the last option in chandigarh.

So let me start with positive first. Staff was cooperative and well behaved. But the real problem was rooms. The rooms were totally opposite to what they have uploaded in pics . Rooms were smelly , were not clean properly and too small.

Rooms are good and decent. good location as well since it's near the main road. would recommend to stay if you want to save your costs and have a budget trip. This Hotel is basically a BNB. Decent for a night stay, basic hygiene maintained and humble staff. People looking for a little or basic luxury please look for other options.

room was manageable but the breakfast was not good only one option in breakfast even the tea in breakfast is chargeable and water also.

Pathetic hotel. So smelly, rooms mattress are also quite old. The washrooms didn’t have soaps as well. Really disappointing experience.

The hotel staff refused to give me Tax Invoice for my hotel stay. Please ask the Hotel staff to issue me a Tax Invoice. I need the Tax Invoice for claiming reimbursement of hotel stay from my office.

property was pretty good and mid of the city but staff was not sure about the online booking. room was neat and cleaning. property was found through make my trip as i usually used this platform for all my travelled related things

Please those whosoever is thinking of booking this property please for heaven sake just don’t. I had a terrible experience here. The pungent smell is just horrible. I made them spray room freshners twice during my 12 hour stay. The staff is utterly disgusting.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The entire place had a terrible smell that made it very uncomfortable to be there. people were openly smoking on the floor,

The bedsheets were not clean at all, the room and bathroom were stinking after multiple room fresheners sprayed, on the first night of the stay somehow a rat entered my room and started nibbling my stuff when i called the staff first they didn’t believe me so i did some struggle to make them believe afterwards when they removed the rat from the room it was 1 am already i tried to sleep but the rat came again and this time the staff guy told that he has to wake early in the morning and showed some attitude towards me .

Rooms were not as shown in the photos, and there was a bad smell coming from washroom. Exhaust wasn’t working properly
