The room which was allotted perhaps already used and without any cleaning changing of blankets, not cleaned washroom condition given me. They wasted my valuable time night 8. 30 to 9. 30 made me to wait and cleaned. It was horrible experience. Further, the cots are broken or damaged and supported with bricks. It was very bad experience never ever in journey. Unfortunately i didn't not took photos. But cctv footage may have i stood outside when they cleaned. Further i brought to their notice also. I am very much deserve to get it. It's horrible experience. I am going delete this app also. If u will not do something

Review & Experience – Unethical Charges & Poor Service I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] from March 3rd to March 6th, booking, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived early, I requested an early check-in, but the hotel staff initially claimed no rooms were available. However, shortly after, they suddenly offered early check-in—only if I paid an additional ₹1,000. This was clearly a scam, as they first denied availability and then used it as an excuse to extract extra money. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. Instead of providing a smooth and welcoming check-in process, they focused only on making extra money. as a booking platform, failed to inform about such hidden charges, and there was no support from their end when the hotel imposed these unfair fees. It’s shocking that a reputed travel platform allows such dishonest practices by hotels listed on their site. Final Verdict: ❌ Unethical Charges – Hotel falsely claimed no rooms were available but charged for early check-in. ❌ Poor Customer Service – Staff was rude and unhelpful. ❌ Lack of Transparency – No prior communication about extra charges. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel and be cautious when booking . I demand a refund for the unfair charge and expect both the hotel and to take responsibility for this unacceptable experience. ⭐ Rating: 1/5 – Untrustworthy and money-minded service.
