There was a strange, unpleasant odor in the hotel rooms, like a place that had been shut for a long time and possibly infested with rats. There were damp patches visible in several areas, indicating poor maintenance. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, and even for something as basic as morning tea, the staff brings it in a dirty thermos from another hotel. We were three people and requested an extra blanket, which was flatly refused. If the room tariff , I wouldn’t have complained, but we were charged around ₹2600 – for that amount, you can find much better hotels. Also, the hotel is located deep inside a narrow lane, and this was not shown clearly in the photos.

The location is good but not visible clearly from the Main Road as it is a dead end Sign board brightly lit would help people locate the property easily I checked in at 10 pm and was going around in circles as Google Map said destination reached Location otherwise is good as proximity to Mantri Mall, Metro, KSR SBC Railway station etc are there Property can be better maintained - rooms are ok but very sparingly furnished. AC was working but the air throw was negligible, though the staff kept telling it's working fine Bathrooms can be cleaner and kept well Check in and check out was smooth Did not have food at the property

The hotel was selected for its proximity to the metro station I was shifted at the last moment to another hotel which was about 6 km away from the metro station I lost lot of time due to this shift

To start with, the rooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially if you have luggage. The space felt cramped, and there was very limited room to relax or unpack properly. The bathroom was even smaller, which added to the inconvenience. It felt very tight and not user-friendly, especially for guests who value comfort and a bit of space in the washroom area. One major downside was the lack of basic toiletries. Items like shampoo, soap, and dental kits were not provided, which is surprising for a hotel in this category. Guests generally expect these essentials to be available without needing to request them separately. Overall, the stay needed a lot of improvement. Attention to guest comfort and better amenities would make a significant difference. With a few changes—like providing toiletries, maximizing room functionality, and upgrading bathroom facilities—this place could offer a much better experience.

Stay was clean and good but the service we got was complete disappointment. The guy sitting in the enquiry section have an attitude like he is paying money for us. Room with parking was fine kettle without water and tea bag bathroom without bucket and mug it was provided later when asked security was good. No image was taken

The initial room i got was really small and dirty, it didn't look like the pictures at all, then after complaining they did arrange a new room for us, but that wasn't up to the mark as well, i didn't think the room was worth for 2 nights.

The rooms were pretty ok in comparison with the price. Washroom was also average. Staff could have been more polite. One of the staff was quite rude, especially since the our group consisted of ladies only overall, an average experience.
