Dirty Hotel, dirty bedding, room had a stench of decomposition of organic material; blanket had blood stains, on asking for replacement, the staff informed that 'everything here is like this only, if you want don't use it'; If you are travelling to Mumbai, book your hotels well on advance or else you will end in places like this.

It was a transit halt for seven hours only. Good experience. No disturbance from staff. No experience with food, as stay was short.

I had an amazing experience at this budget hotel. The room was simple but very clean, with all the essential amenities. The room was good but the check-in was delayed. After voucher was shown the hotel management finally confirmed it was an issue from their end. Found difficult to find the hotel. However proximity to the international airport is a big plus point.

Untidy blanket covers and room, unprofessional staff behaviour -day shift, on being requested to change the covers they were like "ye to saaf hai, Aisa hi hota hai" hum karte nahi change aap bolre ho to kar dete hain" ! It's not at all as they show in the pictures. Receptionist was not welcoming, rude, full of attitude and buzy with his phone life! Ikram- receptionist at night and the room attendant with him was good.
