Dont trust make my trip app

I went to hotel then receptionist disaggree to give me accomaodation by giving an execuse of full oxxupancy and choke problem and said to go to another hotel of theirs so i have to travel which caused me trouble and the hotel they send me was cheap and 3rd class no lighting in bulb etc.

Unhygienic Hotel rooms with un cleaned washrooms

The washroom was not cleaned neither the room . Room cleaning service was also not there. I booked deluxe room with breakfast but they denied giving the breakfast after i need to contact the support for the issue and no timely service of breakfast until and unless you call them more than 50 times then they will give the breakfast. Overall not a good experience

the most terrible hotel of fab., this was book with food but same was refused at reception desk. horrible toilet worst than public toilet. horrible condition of room, wifi not working, uncleaned dusty room, wire hanging, no mirror in washroom. washroom was not cleaned inspite of repeat reminders. no dustbin in room. fan uncleaned. intermittent power off issue. need 100% refund for this horrible things. make my trip has no. control over such property. who has approved this property?

Very very bad experience, it was a boys pg in which they had kept two room as part of hotel. Very dirty bed and washroom very terible

Worst experience ever

Already wrote a complaint. They are not taking any actions. I was charged extra money at the time of check In. I want refund of the only extra that I paid. I could have booked a good hotel in the vicinity of central pune with same price. I was traveling on budget and they took extra. I was charged extra at the time of check In, and I want only that amount to be refunded to me

Worst hotel booked till date

The hotel i book one day prior when I reach got sold out. The other fab hotel room given in baner studio rooms was not having hotel facility, no ambience, no proper bedsheets( cigarette burnt bedsheets) no response when ask to change the bedsheets, no toiletries in washroom, no proper fan regulator, no proper ventilation in room, tv also not working properly.

There was no service at all.. AC was not working. Behaviour of employee was rude. Rooms where not how its shown in photos every bad condition. Toilet was unhyginic. It is an apartment converted in too room
