FabHotel Spring inn - Nr. Borivali Station

The pictures look fancy, and maybe since i got the discounted price in mmt, the guys in the FabHotel Spring inn - Nr. Borivali Station didn't know where i booked from and for how much. I was asked to show the bill i have already recieved from mmt. I was given the room according to what i was charged i guess, the tiniest, and the cheapest room, adequate for one person tho. The bedsheets weren't clean enough. And the bathroom was way too small. If you turned on the shower, the water will fall on the toilet seat. Talking about showers, it was broken too. Water was falling from a couple of holes only. I was too lazy to complain as i had come only to rest at night. There are no towels in the room, you will have to ask for it, and they will hand you a small medimix soap with it. I will advice you to check your room before paying.

Property location is easy to reach, just close to station kandivali west / borivali west station. Staff are very trained and cooperative. Just one thing need to improve is keep live kitchen and dining area there, at present they are taking the food order and arranging from somewhere, it impacts the food quality,. But one thing is appreciable that they serve it promptly. Overall i am giving 04 out of 05, deducting 01 for only live food and dining area. I think FabHotel Spring inn - Nr. Borivali Station management will take my suggestion positively, implement my suggestion, and my next trip sure will take food at their dining area.

The staff took best possible safety measures and also they are trained well to serve their customers. Also during late night they served me well with the needful.

The FabHotel Spring inn - Nr. Borivali Station has been refurbished from an old building. The lift looks aged but works well. The staff is helpful and courteous. The only shortcoming is they don't have their own kitchen. (and they don't make good tea either. Everything else is nice.

Hotel location is not so good. No dinning area. Breakfast is provided in room. Menu is fixed for all. Room service is good. Room is well maintained but toilet is very small. No hanger or rod in toilet for clothes/ towel. Noisy place due to nearby railway track

The FabHotel Spring inn - Nr. Borivali Station location can be considered as central location if your business trip is for nearby area of barivali.
Overall good experience of stay as we ll as food both. The staff was very cooperative and polite.

the FabHotel Spring inn - Nr. Borivali Station didn't provide the computerized bill which is major drawback, they have provided just hand written bill due to which one may face some problems while reimbursement of the bill from their company

There was some construction noise that was a little disturbing. Especially in the morning.
