location provided was incorrect. staff was unresponsive on calls prior to check-in. bedsheet was used and ugly stains was observed. AC was not cooling the whole time. Room was not changed even after asking. washroom was not flushed and cigerette buds was seen near drain!!

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. The issues regarding incorrect location details, unresponsive staff, stained bedsheets, non-functional AC, and poor washroom hygiene are completely unacceptable and have been escalated to the concerned team for immediate corrective action.

There were missing amenities like towels in the rooms drinking glasses and other things everything we had to ask for which needs to already be there. All and all and ok stay since the bed was comfortable, got hot water and cooling ac. No smell from the rooms.
