Poor place to stay. Water is not coming, lot of bugs even Cimicidae are there. Dirty rooms. Sleepless night. Staying there is a nightmare. Don’t recommend.

The stay was terrible and the staff was also very laid back and not customer centric at all. In the morning when we got up there was no water in the toilets and upon asking the staff about it they simply ignored saying that the tank is empty. Absolutely pathetic service and not recommended at all. Try to avoid this property.

1 Very very poor experience. Services are extremely poor and unprofessional. Attendents were like daily weger with no experience in hospitality services. Most of the food in the menu was not available. No toiletry was provided. Roof broken. Bathroom tiles broken. AC leaking. No proper cutlery provided with food. Overall extremely poor experience.

It was a nightmare to stay in this hotel and this is first experience ever I had. 1. No flush working , no tap water, I could not sleep hole nigh because of bunches of bedbugs all over in the blanket and bed head side. Very pathetic service manager and his behaviour is arguing back. Also during breakfast (which is including) when we ask for the Tea they say we can’t serve tea bcos we do not have sugar. Finally we had to vacat the room on immediate basis. Horrible. This is my sincere feedback

Though we had booked the room in advance after reaching the hotel at around 4 pm they made us to wait as the rooms are getting cleaned later they came out with a terrible reason informing us that the room door locks are not operating. Probably they had alloted the room to somebody else and later started telling some stories. In fact we asked them to show the rooms which they refused to do so. I should rethink before booking hotel rooms hereafter

They shifted my booking to another hotel at the last minute and there was No water in bathrooms or even to drink. There was not a single cutlery available and not even glasses. The staff behaviour was extremely unpleasant and rude. There was no proper response to the issues of the guests as all lined up at the reception for the same issue
