The hotel is very bad and there is no room service. Since last two days they have not provided a towel. And basic toileteries also not given. Very bad satay experience. Very bad hotel and services

coupleBedsheets were dirty. Geyser didn’t work, had to take bath with cold water in winter. The worst part, the dustbin in the room was full from previous occupancy and when i tried to remove it from the room, huge number of insects came out of it and scattered over the room. This hotel is a health hazard.
