Had a really good stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and overall everything was comfortable and clean. Only small issue was the toilet seat flap being broken and the jet spray a bit weak, but nothing major. Would definitely stay again!

No it was very bad no towel, no bucket, shower was bad no door to shower room. They denied brake fast against booking with BF. Not comfortable at all

I booked this hotel on the 21st and my stay was scheduled for 23rd. After reaching the hotel on 23rd for check-in, they said the hotel is completely occupied and your reservation got already cancelled. The stay was cancel-led on the same day i booked ie, 21st. But i was not notified by make my trip. I called the customer service and they said your booking is not cancelled, you can still do check-in which clearly means the make my trip team was not aware of the cancellation done by hotel. I was in such a hurry and couldn't get any nearby good hotels to stay. This is the worst experience i ever faced.

First of all as i checked in to the room it was smelling very badly. Room was not the same as shown in the picture. Next day morning i asked for breakfast they gave us limited options i. E. Idle vada, bread butter jam, one fruit, tea and coffee. I thought i can order them 2plates, but no only 1 plate per person. Nonsense! another important point is they are not ready to provide one single water bottle extra. He told only one water bottle will be provided. They served idle in paper plate. Quantity was also less. Tv was not working. Overall the stay was terrible
