Not a good service, bathroom is dificult to manage its really small and bedsheets are not fresh. No power back up not good for the people working from home or hotel. No intercom if you want anything you have to go to reception all the time.

The experience was pathetic, there was no water in washroom. I had to call the reception every time to start the water supply before going to the washroom. The mattress was also not clean, the room was on third floor and the lift was out of order.

Hotel placed in wrong adress not showing as in make my trip

We are soo terrible to locate your hotel because adress is wrong in make my trip, and also hostel staff is not responding to this question we asked, and they took for extra charge for two hours staying, we arrival at 11 pm we was searching for hotel till 1am 2 hours was wasted, but they took extra amount also, so we are un happy for ur staff

The address mentioned on google and the hotel was incorrect. No one was lifting the call at the hotel for help moreover the hotel lift was inoperative and no one offered to carry the luggage the next day breakfast came in plastic bags and dirty plates
