Worst hotel experience never book it even if its cheap there are so many hotels cheaper than this book oyo even instead of this I had booked for three nights i go no facilities no toiletries ac not working room phone not working i wanted towel i had to go three times downstairs to order towel from third floor tv was also broken and bedsheet very bad and used dont book it even if its free

Worst Stay Ever ! Completely Disappointing Experience

From the moment I checked in, I wanted to leave. The room that was allocated to me had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Later, we couldn’t even unlock the door properly ! not even the staff could! To make things worse, we heard disturbing noises of a girl screaming from a nearby room, which was extremely uncomfortable as I was travelling with my mother. After requesting a change, I was shifted to two different rooms, but each was worse than the last. The pillows had moss, and the bedsheets were so dirty that I had to ask twice for them to be changed.. even then, they were torn or stained. Imagine staying in such a hotel for two days with your mother . I suffered from allergies and was sneezing constantly for two days and had to consult a doctor later. It was a non-refundable booking, and to top it off, the room didn’t even have basic amenities like drinking water. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
