what we book & what they will give us a different room. no complementary breakfast is provided by the hotel. no hot water. poor maintenance..

Rooms were clean and tidy but it was overpriced, for each visitor they charged 300rs per head and outside food is not allowed and the food provided was way too costly, they charged 30rs for 250ml water bottles, overall for the size of the room and the food provided and the costs it’s not worth to stay

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in the recent past. The customer service was horrible and downright hostile. They added hidden fees in the form of extra per day for child occupancy which we had already paid for when we did the booking on the app. We booked an executive room and two deluxe rooms but we got 3 deluxe rooms. We paid extra for executive room but there was no executive room given nor any compensation. Coming to the free breakfast, we booked for 8 people but they said free breakfast was available only for 4 people inspite of the booking. They did not inform us of the free breakfast in the morning and only when we asked, they told us that the free breakfast time was over and anything we bought had to be charged. Maintenance is very poor, The bathroom door lock was broken and we had to stay a night in that room before changing the room. I had to get the MMT customer service involved to rectify the issues. That is how unresponsive and unreliable the service was.

their service and rooms were excellent, but due to emergency i needed to cancel my two days booking just after 10 minutes of check in, but there is no chance for cancellation of partial booking. waste of money due to your platform. no customer care also Stay and service was excellent but due to the platform fee my whole amount was wastage

**Disappointing Experience at FAB HOTEL VISAKHAPATNAM** My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Even basic facilities were not provided properly. 1. **Unmentioned Security Deposit** – At check-in, they asked for a security deposit, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. I have never experienced this in any other hotel before. 2. **Unhygienic Rooms** – The bed and bathroom were very dirty. The bedsheets had stains, which was completely unacceptable. 3. **Misleading Restaurant Facility** – The booking mentioned that the hotel has a restaurant, but it turned out to be just a cloud kitchen. Every time I ordered food, it was served cold, and they often delivered the wrong items. Even in breakfast, tea was not included, and they charged extra for it at checkout without informing beforehand. 4. **Extra Charges for Basic Amenities** – They charged extra for a dental kit and slippers, which are usually provided for free in most hotels. Overall, my stay was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed there for two days it was a amazing experience and the staff are really helpful. Rooms are clean food was excellent in taste. I recommend this hotel if someone looking for budget friendly hotel with all facilities including cab facility as well

It was a disaster from the moment i arrived. First of all, the transport service they advertised was a complete joke. I waited at the airport for over an hour, only to be told that the transport was "running late" when it finally arrived, the driver was rude and unhelpful, and the van was filthy and smelled terrible. The hotel itself was just as bad. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. My room was dirty, with stained sheets and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. The noise from the street outside made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, and the so-called "free wi-fi" barely worked. To top it all off, the location of the hotel was incredibly inconvenient. They claim it's "close to everything" but it took me forever to get anywhere because the public transportation options were terrible. The hotel is nowhere near any major attractions, and i ended up spending a fortune on taxis just to get around. Overall, i would never stay at this hotel again and would strongly advise anyone else to avoid it at all costs.

Rude staff member, first time paid deposit apart from the hotel charges. The charges of hotel are higher than hotels in that area. There was disgusting smell in the toilet. Mosquitoes were there even if ac was running and the mosquito machine was running. No drinking water source other than two complimentary water bottles (one bottle per day between two guests. Fab hotels are waste. Waste of time, money and efforts.

Room was not upto the standards, especially the washroom room drain was not draining the water. Used soap, brush, paste, toung cleaners were in the washroom. However hospitality of the hotel is good.
