No food available at the property. Staff was good but highly mismanaged property. My Check in was done immediately immediately after someone checked out from the property. The bathroom was very wet and no soap was provided only an opened used soap was there that was used by the last guest and was still wet. There was no food available and water was also available in a half litre bottle. We ordered food from an online platform. We were given a room that just got checked out. The floor of the bathroom, toilet sheet, basin were wet and a piece of used soap was still in the bathroom. No soap was provided and only one towel was given for two guests.

We checked out of the hotel due to extremely poor service. The hygiene was lacking, and we were given tap water in an unsanitary bottle. Breakfast was disappointing as well; we received a single box containing poori and sabji, which we couldn't eat due to health issues. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered. I requested sugar-free tea, but they provided a full-sugar version and told us it was our choice to drink it or throw it away. We also experienced loud noise throughout the night and called for assistance twice, but no action was taken. Additionally, the bedsheet was torn, and the towel was dirty and unwashed. They charged us over 8,000 for this level of service and quality of rooms, which is unacceptable.
