There were bugs in bed. they don't have a refrigerator or provide a chilled water bottle. It looks like a haunted house . They don't follow or provide the rules & regulations they wrote on mmt.

Hi, I stayed at your property on the 30th and checked out the same day around 5:30 PM due to personal reasons. However, I was informed that even though I checked out early, the system would only mark the checkout the next day at 11 AM. I find this rule quite illogical and inconvenient. With such policies, it becomes difficult for guests who need flexibility. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this property as it did not meet expectations in terms of ambiance and policy fairness. Thanks

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The linens are clean. Wash room also decent. This is not a full fledged hotel, its like a service apartment. There is no in house restaurant, so food is a bit of a problem. You can walk down to near by restaurants or order online. They charge you early checkin, late check out.

the worst stay I ever lived. I booked a deluxe room. but they have provided a room which doesn't have an attached rest room itself. and it is accessible by outside. I felt so bad with the stay. and there is a washing machine running inside that room which is just covered with sliding door.

Good Property with worst experience.

I have travelled as business traveller and my experience was super worst 1. When called up for confirmation manager was abt to call me back in 10 mins, when went to the hotel he was enjoying with his local friends even not bother to receive. On asking he was like Sir ye stains hai, later forcefully asked them to change the linen. No handwash and No toiletries available at the hotel. Internet was not working, No setup box was available in the room No extension or caretaker contact details are mentioned anywhere. If required anything needs to walk to the group floor that to bad attitude of caretaker. Caretaker is busy in his own world, with bad attitude. No exhaust available in the bathroom. Towel quality is already discarded/ torned/ with stains. No Study table and chair is available. LODGE IS BETTER THAN THE FAB HOTEL Don't go to the FAB HOTEL.
