FabHotel VRJ Residency - 500M from Chennai Trade Center

The rooms were old and the property wasn’t worth the stay. Difficult to find the only good thing is the nearby mandir

Location was horrible as no Ola cabs and rickshaw were available. Rooms had insects and because of this I had to put mosquito repellent and intercom phone was not working . For any service go down and tell the manager . Pathetic

I booked a room here which included free breakfast but the hotel denied my complimentary breakfast saying they don't have breakfast options. Also you have to purchase your own shampoo and soap. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness but the blanket provided by them had cigarette holes. Also the toilet seat cover was mutilated.

The room wasn't clean and the washroom was unhygienic and terrible. It wasn't worth inr 2100
