I would like to share my recent experience regarding my stay. Unfortunately, the quality of food was below expectations. However, i would like to commend the team leader, “naveen”, for his exceptional efforts in maintaining customer satisfaction. He truly stood out in ensuring the best possible experience. That being said, the overall hospitality was lacking, particularly in the in-room dining service. The staff appeared to require further training. After making multiple attempts to place an order, my call was finally answered, only to encounter staff who either lacked proficiency in english, were unable to communicate effectively, or tried to transfer my call repeatedly. This aspect of service can certainly be improved. On a positive note, the housekeeping team was efficient and did a commendable job. However, i believe the front desk team could also benefit from additional training to enhance their customer service skills.

Room and breakfast, both were good, but staff are not so friendly. Even in my room wifi network was connecting and disconnecting automatically, i told their staff and manager to change my room but no one were ready to change rooms, and they keep changing settings in my mobile to get better wifi, but unsuccessfull. I couldn't do my office work because of poor wifi. I stay many times in fairfield by marriott in indonesia but everything is perfect and friendly. But choose this Fairfield By Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar in bengaluru, marriott is just name they are using here, but nothing service like marriott.

Room: the room was comfortable and well-appointed, with modern amenities ensuring a pleasant stay. Food: the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Services: the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience throughout my stay. Overall, a delightful accommodation choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I recently stayed at fairfield by marriott bengaluru rajajinagar room no. 418 and had a positive experience. The Fairfield By Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar was well-maintained, neat, and clean. However, one minor issue i encountered was that the room door lock was not functioning properly. I recommend that the Fairfield By Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar management pays attention to this detail. Despite that, everything else about my stay was pleasant and satisfactory.

it was nice and comfortable. The rooms were neat and clean and also the location was convenient for us. have been staying here frequently. only problem is there is a lady at reception who is always against a customer getting the membership points. I do not understand why it is like that. this has happened twice and so I always check-in and check-out through other guys even if I have to wait. rest all is good and comfortable. The food is good too.

The stay was highly comfortable and relaxing. The staff members were especially courteous and diligent, notably the housekeeping team led by mr. Sourav pal, housekeeping executive. Executives at kavi were very amiable and dedicated towards their duties, rendering excellent service. Special mention to chef mr. Tar-it singh and team members like swapnil. We definitely look forward to our next visit and to enjoy your hospitality again.

The property’s location is on a prime area which is accessible to many places, the rooms are so good and neatly maintained and the room service was fantastic, the restaurant staffs were so friendly and helpful in many ways, they gave us a great experience, and the front office persons also were so polite and helpful, overall a great experience. I liked everything about the Fairfield By Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar, the location, the comfort, the attitude of the staff, the food, everything was spot on. I was attended by miss. Ankita who made sure i didn’t have any kind of issue during my stay. Will surely stay in the same Fairfield By Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar when i visit bangalore next.

It was a good stay of 3 night for a business trip. Room size was sufficient. Breakfast options was good.

But make my trip had provided in their details that the Fairfield By Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar has ev car charging facility but came to know from the reception that ev car charging facility was not provided.

The property is centrally located, proximity to business district, shopping and good resturants very functional, good support service and ever smiling staff
