Fairfield by Marriott Chennai Mahindra World City

My stay at Marifield was really pleasant. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, the food was delicious, and the services were outstanding. The behavior of the hotel staff was very nice, and they were highly cooperative.

The room was not up to the mark, and there was some kind of smell. The food was good.

if we enter 2 hrs early they will charge extra money. if we enter 8 hours late also they will charge. if your company tie-up you you will get room. if you are a new person you will be charged per day. in my room AC was not working. The technician says some problem with setting s. even though it sets properly still it will get off. teriable experience.

Location is good per my needs , rooms are also ok, I booked a queen room but thought it is small , bathroom is also small. Hospitality no 1 , staff was good and helping. Hotel has very big market just opposite the road which is good if you need something , just cross the road and you will get it. There was an issue of lint flowing in air in room and at cafeteria as well. We informed hotel staff though. Food at breakfast was good ( not very large options and neither less). Stayed for 2 nights.

I had a stay at your hotel for a night and it was a pleasant experience. Right from the location and the hotel everything was perfect. I had dinner from the hotel and the food was great. Your chef is really good. Keep up your good work.

there was no one to pick up the luggage from car. no valle parking. it was bad. I enquired about lobby manager no.one available

I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff greeting me upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The hotel’s facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-kept and accessible. I especially no for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

No reception calls available so if you want to talk from outside hotel not possible. After making complaint for food atleast food got better.

Location and property was too good But food wise tea and coffee was too bad. Housekeeping can be improved much better while cleaning room in between stays. Others than this everything was super good.

Property was so nice feels refreshing,room was neat and clean gives us more comfort,bit outer form city but worth staying and spending time with your loved ones ♥️

The rooms were smaller than expected. They reminded me of a holiday inn express or ibis. The food was alright- nothing spectacular. The location is excellent though very close to many companies. So a good choice if you’re staying on business in Mahindra world city
