Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR

The staff was very helpful and facilities are good, i requested for an early check in, which was facilitated right away, i reached the Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR early in the morning though my check in was at 3 pm, i requested my luggage to be kept in a cloak room, it was again immediately complied to, the room was good, extremely clean. The staff organised my airport drop at 5:45 am, a packed breakfast was also given as i would be missing my regular one. The only thing that can be better would be the dinner buffet, where i felt that the spread was limited, especially for a non vegetarian person, same with the dessert

Was an official stay. Accessibility to room was convenient. Room was maintained neat. Toilet was spacious. Dry and wet separated. No water clogging. Work table and desk were available. Tv with cable connection was available. Mini fridge was available. Iron table, enough drawers and hangers were available. In room dining was available. The taste of egg fried rice and gobi manchurian was so great. The breakfast was so great, had all varieties of food. The service was timely, live kitchen was available. Fruits, coffee and croissant take away was available. Overall a wonderful stay. Will visit again.

We stayed at fairfield marriott for 3 nights to attend my cousin's wedding in the ecr. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. It's a good place to stay with kids and senior citizens. This property is a bit small as compared to other marriott Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMRs. But the stay was splendid. There was no compromise on the service. Rooms were clean, timely assistance was provided whenever needed. The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR. The location is amazing, the crowd nearby is good. There are beautiful malls in the nearby vicinity.

. Location is fine. Staff. Very polite, friendly and courteous. Afordable accomodation. Good food. Not having a bar is good(Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR rates are reasonable ). There was a mild foul smell in the toilet in room 812. Safety locker was not working. Music in the restaurant was very good. Never change it. It makes the place classy. I stayed at the fairfield marriott with my family. It was such a relaxing holiday. We visited a lot of temples around this area. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Lovely beds, clean toilets, lots of channels on tv. Excellent shower. Special mention to the staff in the restaurant. Ultimate hospitality tasty food and the variety was vast. Overall more than the value for the money we paid.

Overall a good experience, breakfast spread is ok. Dinner buffet taste is good. Bed is very soft and may give you pain if you have back issues. Location is good, in and out access is good.

Easily accessible. Front desk hassle free. Room is neat and clean. Mattress appears old. Springs of mattress touching body. Wash room good. Hygiene. Exhaust i'm wash room to be improved. Overall good to stay for the praise. I recommend to stay in the Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR.
