Ok for the stay

First point to point out- No welcome drink or welcome from any staffs! 2nd - No staffs to pick up bags from the car! 3rd- No info on where to park car! 4th- Check-in was smooth 5th- Dinner we decided to have in hotel Resturant it was buffet minimal options Good.. But the biryani was stale they told will replace. 6th- Breakfast was buffet minimal options good ... but they had place same egg curry of yesterday night

Very bad experience with such a reputed brand fairfield omr chennai firstly i booked the room For selecting 9 adults but the property still charged 3000 extra for 3rd person and still charging so much the beds they given for 3rd person is horrible literally as hard as stone didnt expect such a quality from fairfield

There was no Vallet parking, we had to manage the car parking in such small space. Lot of power cut during night and the TV was starting with sound post every cut which led my baby to wake up. It was a nightmare for us. Bed is really small and I will not suggest if you are travlling with an infant. Some good part of it was that they got good baby food.

I had a complementary breakfast in the morning the spread was really good. The staff was also courteous. I was on a work trip so the staff helped me with invoices also. The room is not clean the towels the bedding are all not clean not white but coloured ...seems it’s been in use for a long time.. the room is not clean and the corridors are dirty not vacuumed full of dust and soil. The room itself is very cramped. The toilet is not clean and has yellow formation inside the commode. It is very much poor upto its brand’s international standards. The staff are good and courteous is the only positive thing. I will not recommend this hotel in the present condition.
