Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim

This was our second visit to fairfield marriot. However, we will rate our trip as okay compared to the last time. Perhaps, it may be due to the fact that it was a relatively newer property at that time. So they were more caring than what they were this time. The property is well maintained and so is the pool. The buffet spread is not upto expectations especially in terms of taste. I guess it is more suited keeping foreigners in mind though there were hardly any this time. Food was bland, service was a tad slower and the guys in the dining hall were more concerned with other things like attending to a group who had a conference there. The food was not hot at all and no one really bothered about that. It took a long time for the staff to get the starters even while it was a buffet. It was a marked change since last time when the chef took personal care and made sure that everything was done well. The lock of the room we were allotted was hard and nobody came to check the door even after calling. Finally we managed to open on our own. Later someone from the support staff came and said that even the chain lock was broken and he will come the other day. The good thing was the buggy ride which they have started for the guests to visit benaulim beach. It saves some time surely. They play music near the pool which was okay. The property looks old though it has not been much time since it opened. Overall i believe that it should provide better services with a smile considering the name is marriott and everyone has expectations. Things could be much better i feel and there is plenty of scope for improvement.

Had an outstanding experience here thanks to the courteous staff at this property. Came for a friends birthday here, the staff gave us an upgrade, a delicious cake and complimentary breakfast and also room decor to help us celebrate, such an amazing gesture and couldn't thank them enough for it. Special mention to ms. Frilia from the staff for arranging all this and helping us through the stay. The quality of food and variety of options in the breakfast were very good. The pool operates till 8pm (an hour extra with supervision as compared to many other Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulims) which allowed us to relax in the pool till late and didn't rush our daylight plans. We also took pool pics under pool lights that just enhanced the overall look of the area. We also had beer sitting next to pool thanks to pool bar. Gym was nice and well air conditioned, a nice kids play area, beach is nearby but we chose to take car and reach within 2 mins as walking would take some 8-10min or so, not that close. Good shacks and pub nearby property. Ample parking area. Checkout at 12pm is a blessing.

I visited with my wife and two daughters for 4 nights. I had booked a queen bed with sitout area thinking will get extra bed but i was told that room size was smaller and i should switch for twin bed which they switched and gave roll over bed without any extra charge. Room was a very good with a pool view and stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant were really nice and warm in their exchanges. Special thanks to kajal and another person in the restaurant who have been very supportive throughout. Food spread for breakfast as well as dinner was pretty good. My elder one really liked their hospitality and never wanted to leave. They have kids indoors play area with quite a few activities to keep kids engaged. They also have trampoline outside. Benaulim beach itself if very nearby with 5 minutes walk. I was told that they are starting buggy soon to drop and pick guests. Beach is beautiful with few shacks where you can relax. Overall an excellent stay and i would definitely recommend this to others.

I must say amazing hospitality. The first meeting point at the airport itself spoke about the hospitality of the Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim. The smile and the meet and greet at the airport, the airport pickup was flawless by sahil. A very clean Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim, few minutes’ walk to the beach. Rooms are quite small but extremely clean. Excellent room service. Rooms are cleaned even before you request them to tidying the room a special thanks to chandni for upgrading my mother’s room (a wheel chair assistance room. Good tasty and variety of food. The goan dishes were amazing. The staff was very kind and prompt with the food service. The staff always had a smile on their face. Would like to thank the head chefs and their team for the excellent service. Special thanks to rohan, priyanka and also the rest of the staff. The spa is small but very clean. Both the messieurs are very good. Thanks again to all the staff for making my trip a memorable experience. Would love to come back again.

The location is very nice, it was very close to the beach. The food was excellent and the buffet had a large variety of dishes and their preparation and presentation was very good all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was well-maintained and comfortable for a short stay. Everything was hygienic, clean and well sanitized. They have a good swimming pool which was clean with sun-bathing chairs around it. They also played live music near the pool area in the evenings. There was also a good game room with many different games and well-equipped large gym. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim.

Breakfast variety and quality was very good and Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim is truest a upcountry resorts with in house playing faculty for children as well us for all age groups

Marriott brand stands for quality & never disappoints. Hotel location is fantastic to explore south goa, walking distance from benaulim beach. Property amenities are excellent, very well maintained & food here is delicious.

Very nice property but slightly smaller rooms. Service tends to drop when there are group bookings as they are probably unable to manage. But otherwise service is good, restaurant staff is quite helpful & kind. Super close to the beach, just a 4-5 min walk.

It was an amazing experience at fairfield marriott. The ambience was excellent. Services were at par. Very pin pointed facilities were available for any visitor.

This newly built up property is nothing less than 5 star. Compact and beautiful. You have all the best of the world. Just 2 minute walk to beautiful and clean white sand beach with limited presence of sachs. Need not go anywhere in goa. If you want to relax and enjoy come here. Staff here are all willing to help you and make you comfortable. Opt for pool facing rooms else all rooms are almost equal. Highly recommended 10 star rated.

Services were really good. Staff was helpful and polite. The only issue was with the size of the room. Room was very small and compact. Overall stay was good.

Really a lovely place. We enjoyed our stay. Food was really very nice. Value for the money. Room was extremely comfortable with all facilities. Property is in a good area providing many amenities with good ambience. Swimming pool is really good. It is neat and clean.
