In room service was very slow used to call the reception 2-3 times to inquire about the status of my order. And today before checking out I called the reception twice to send someone to pick my luggage but no one responded to my call

खुप कमतरता आहे सर्व्हिस मधे कोणतीही ठरलेली गोष्ट जी आपण हॉटेल घेताना बुक केली आहे ती सुद्धा खूप वेळा मागून सुद्धा मिळत नाही अगदी साध्या टॉवेल पासून ते पाण्यापर्यंत मी २ रूम बुक केल्या होत्या दोन्ही रूम मध्ये सेम प्रॉब्लेम या किंमती मधे खूप छान हॉटेल मिळतात मी हॉटेल चे मोठे नाव पाहून गेलो होतो पण निराश होऊन आलो

I was there on one extended day stay due to kids request to extend our vacation my observation 1 property is compact and clean hygenic 2.food is excellent 3.staff is excellent and hospitality is superb but room size is pretty small when we see the cost we are paying breakfast was gud but have to play treasure hunt for it coz one section is here then other is somewhere I discovered bread and bakery section while exiting the area after break fast and it was really overcrowded but to mention spread was gud and delicious it's just space gets small for high occupancy time I observed lift broke down twice in my stay of 24 hrs although I was not affected but if room floor access is through access key in the elevator I will like it to be working flawlessly but over all I am happy

The staff has done their best as they could, No complaints there. But the rooms were unnaturally small. They were extremely conjusted.
