The suite room was more comfortable than the patio room. It was my 15th marriage anniversary, they didn't do anything to make the stay special. Had also enquired for a small cake at the front desk, I didn't even get any reply. Breakfast is really average but is served till 10:30 so that's a plus. Valet and guards staff are particularly good.

We had a truly good stay at the hotel from the moment we arrived, we were greated with warm and the checkin process is smooth. The rooms were impeccabely clean, thanks to the housekeeping. The hospitality we received from the hotel staff (specially from Sachin and Kalpesh) was great. I would prefer to revisit again for their amazing experience.

I wanted a familiar brand of hospitality. had to choose between Fairfield by Marriott, Novotel Calangute and one more. Went for Marriott as it was a 1000 bucks cheaper than Novotel. I didn't have too many expectations as it was not a dull service Marriott. But I was pleasantly surprised. Good, convenient location, clean rooms, decent food and very warm and affable service. Sachin from Nagpur stands out as a great service provider... Great experience...
