Terrible Stay

The room offered was different than what was booked. It has cockroaches and not cleaned properly. Lot of dust in the room. Toilet cover was broken and the room itself was very congested. Breakfast was waste of money.

we went at 4pm at hotel and got all the keys at 6pm , all accessories was not there at room like towel soap etc we got almost 1 hour after chekin to room.flooring was not cleaned it was stickey. totally unhappy we saw name marriot but 1st time we got this type of experience in marriot group

Terrible Stay

One of the most horrible experiences i ever had . The property’s management is terrible at everything. There are no clean towels, the washrooms were dirty , no water nothing at all when we checked in . After that you have to call again and again for all the necessities even then the glasses they will bring are not clean and washed. These guys are most pathetic hotel staff that you can ever come across. Dont bother even staying at the property.

Our stay at Marriott was very excellent , luxurious and hassle free Their food was delicious and the staff was very polite and respectful. They provided all the facilities mentioned with no extra cost. Overall the stay was very nice and the location was also convenient.
