Few key expectations from a basic mariott is good bed and good food, I didn't bet both. the bedsheet has pills which causes skin irritation I asked for a replacement however even after 2-3 changes all had the same issue same with comforter I think they are doing cost cutting by not using the proper detergent for linens. For food while breakfast was on time the quality of idli was pretty bad it was sticky and had glue like structure on lunch we ordered food at 2 pm and it was not served till 2:45 I informed that floor manager that I have a flight and need to hit the road by 3 still no progress. The experience was really bad, not satisfied with the stay

it was an average stay at Fairfield by Marriot. Though the property is good but Restaurant services are very slow and food quality was not par like the 4 star hotel restaurants. There is a lot to improve in restaurants.

Terrible Stay

The room offered was different than what was booked. It has cockroaches and not cleaned properly. Lot of dust in the room. Toilet cover was broken and the room itself was very congested. Breakfast was waste of money.

we went at 4pm at hotel and got all the keys at 6pm , all accessories was not there at room like towel soap etc we got almost 1 hour after chekin to room.flooring was not cleaned it was stickey. totally unhappy we saw name marriot but 1st time we got this type of experience in marriot group

One of the most horrible experiences i ever had . The property’s management is terrible at everything. There are no clean towels, the washrooms were dirty , no water nothing at all when we checked in . After that you have to call again and again for all the necessities even then the glasses they will bring are not clean and washed. These guys are most pathetic hotel staff that you can ever come across. Dont bother even staying at the property.
