Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata

Good afternoon....! I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and had a wonderful experience. The Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata maintains excellent cleanliness standards. The restaurant and rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring fresh towels, bed sheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers. The Wi-Fi speed was impressive, and the swimming area and gym were also highlights of my stay. A special mention goes to Debalina Gupta, the Front Office Manager, who was exceptionally helpful. During my check-in, there was no staff available to help with the luggage, but she personally assisted me. She frequently checked in to ensure my stay was comfortable and asked if I needed anything. The restaurant offered delicious food with a very accommodating staff. Ishrafil Biswas, Dibyendu Das, and their entire team took excellent care of all the customers, ensuring timely service at the tables. The overall management was outstanding, and though I do not remember everyone's names, I appreciate everyone's contribution to creating a pleasant environment. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

The Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata's location is exceptionally convenient for travelers with early airport departures. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome at the reception. Despite the standard check-in time being 3 pm, the concierge kindly offered me an early check-in, which greatly alleviated any concerns. The rooms were well-appointed with a range of essential amenities, including dental and vanity kits. Additionally, the room featured a spacious HD television, which was a notable highlight. The standout experience, however, was the buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options. With a diverse selection of dishes, guests could choose from a variety of meals to suit their preferences. The attentive staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend trying the delectable baked cheesecake at the dessert bar—it's truly a delightful treat not to be missed.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata. Everything about the Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

My experience in staying in fairfield by marriott is really memorable. I found this on make my trip app. Specially breakfast was awesome and covered almost all variety which i can imagine. Getting mango in breakfast is also out of my imagination. Behavior of staff is very good. Views from the room was great and location is also very good. I want to add a little suggestions about bathroom is that please install indian squat type toilet seat because indian squat type toilet is hygienic and medically good

The stay was very comfortable. The staff is well mannered and caring. The food quality, from breakfast at l1 and dinner at l2 was awesome. The staff listens to the customers requests are quiet flexible in their approach towards serving the customers. Over all its more value as compare to what you pay for your stay at the fair field, marriot. I would urge and highly recommend travellers to explore this great place for a comforting stay.

Special thanks to Deblina at the front desk. She ensured a hassle free checkin to our rooms. Ambience was good overlooking the gorgeous Biswa Bangla gate. Food was good but can be better. Pool was a delight and so was the bar. Service was impeccable. A must stay for families who are crazy for a memorable staycation. It can also be a preferred business joint for corporates. Overall....we were delighted. Will come back for sure 👍😊

Initially had issues with check in as the booking for in the last minute. However the duty manager ms. Maytri was swift enough to address our concern and helped us as i was with my family. Breakfast was awesome and the staffs at service under are a team of young hospitality professionals and the manager mr. Biswas ensures that we had our best out of the spread in breakfast and extended us a warm hospitality

Good Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata. Breakfast options were plenty. Dinner was also good. Rooms were good, clean and good service. Located near shoppers stop. No restaurants nearby. O la and uber work.

My stay was fantastic at fairfield. Miss debolina was very humble and courteous. Our guruji was staying with us in that Fairfield by Marriott, Kolkata and she went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Very happy
