We had planned a surprise birthday celebration for our friend, and I must say, Fairlie Hotels and Resorts truly made it special. A big shoutout to Manager Sachine, who went above and beyond to help us in every possible way — from a complimentary room upgrade to arranging a birthday cake for the birthday boy, everything was handled with such warmth and attention. While the food was decent — could be better — the hospitality, service, and overall behavior of the staff were absolutely commendable. The experience was smooth, pleasant, and definitely value for money at this price point. Thank you to the entire Fairlie team for making our stay memorable. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely consider visiting again!

This stay at fairlie hotel yesterday was not fair for me at all, bedsheets were stinking there was no dental kit available in washroom, i had to request them two times to get me dental kit, staff was not helpful and they didn't have any rooms for driver who came along. Honestly i would rate it below zero.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay at Fairlie Hotel. I arrived quite late at night, around 10:30 PM, and requested a simple meal of plain rice and mutton. Despite the restaurant being close to closing, the staff graciously accommodated my request and served the food with utmost care and professionalism. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference to me after a long day of travel. I truly appreciate the hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction shown by your team. Kudos to the staff for making my stay such a pleasant one. Looking forward to visiting again.
