worst experience..no heater was provided and was given common bathroom, no water bottle was provided

Pathetic experience. Heater was not provided. Property owner was angry, that anger he showed to us. First he said booking is cancel-led later gave room without attached bathroom. Gave us common bathroom room. Room was icy cold no heater as mentioned in the room specifications. Horrible experience
