I recently had the pleasure of staying at falcon crest resort, and i must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck me was the exceptional food. The resort's restaurant served up a delectable array of dishes, with a menu that catered to various tastes and preferences. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary offerings were consistently top-notch, and the presentation was equally impressive. The accommodations at falcon crest resort were nothing short of excellent. The rooms were not only clean but also well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy environment for relaxation. The attention to detail in the room decor and furnishings added to the overall sense of luxury. The serene ambiance of the resort made it a perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. One of the finest you'll find in vagamon. As returning customers we were delighted to walk into the same excellence in rooms and services as in the previous year. Staff at falcon crest deserve an appreciation in itself as they are always at your service and happy to do so as well. Rooms (en-suite) are spacious and spotless, specially designed in ways that you overlook the luscious green hills from your balcony. Food quality is commendable. It made it very convenient for us that they took orders well in advance, after each time of the day. Worth the pricing. Sight-seeing options are available from reception. The property is on a higher altitude, spread across a huge area up the hill that there's nothing around except other holiday resorts and tea valleys and therefore, it is serene and calm. We enjoyed evenings walks to the little tea stall down the hill, at the junction, where we'd sit and have tea or coffee and a home-made snack with it. You'll also find a couple of shops that sell essentials, should you need so. Word of caution - the main roads leading to falcon crest (till the turning to the resort) are not in the best of conditions, if you opt the ettumanoor route, which makes the drive to the area a little challenging. We'd love to visit again!

I rate 5 out of 5 2 nd kuttikanam agin cort. Staff dealing excellent. Good behaviour. But room are average. Rated as 3. 5 out of 5 then we go to munnar. Star emirates luxury resort. It is also good and happy feeling. Rated as 4. 5 out of 5 then go to marrarikullam marari village resort it has good atmosphere. Sea view rooms. Room are so big and good. Staff just ok. Rated as 3 out of 5

These people are just beyond perfection. The rooms, washrooms, beds, blankets, everything was ultra clean and spotless. I didn't find a single piece of garbage throughout the property. The Falcon Crest is so quiet and situated at such a wonderful location that it's an absolute treat for you. Even their food is so tasty and not so costly. North and maharashtra people will not get good veg food in kerala but this place is just awesome for food also. I ll say if you are in vagamon, this is by far the best-est place and it's not one of the but the best place i have ever stayed in my life.

This resorts ratings says the truth. Excellent stay. Good balcony views, rooms are neat and clean. Location is peaceful and safe for family. You can do a morning or evening walk through the resort premises hearing soothing bird chirping and enjoying nice soft breeze from vagamon meadows. The resort location itself a scenic place since its surrounded by a small tea garden. Ample parking space available. The staffs attitude is also very good. Haven't found anything bad here. Stayed for one night in standard room and the experience was upto satisfactory levels.

Falcon crest is a beautiful property amidst in tea plantation. The stay offers privacy and views of the plantation right from your balcony which is facing the tea plantation. We stayed in standard villa with 2 bedroom cottage. Both rooms are spacious and furnished. The hall is spacious with a sofa set, dining table and tv. The only thing i think opportunity for them is to add couple of food varieties in complimentary breakfast. Please do carry bsnl sim since no other service works here. You can get the wi-fi password at property.

A three nights family time in the tea garden, off kochi. Lovely property with beautiful views, especially the sunrise. Tasty food and very friendly staff. Well maintained rooms. Two bedroom cottage ideal for families. Independent balconies and washrooms for both the bedrooms and a common sitting room. Does get windy and chilly in the mornings and evenings. Do carry windcheater along. Had the privilege of meeting the owners. An enterprising and polished couple. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Its a property where you will be at peace. Secluded from all the chaos, it provides serenity, good food and a beautiful view.

Service was good no doubt. Both breakfast & lunch was good but dinner was pathetic. They need to clean the surrounding of the resort so that customers can walk at night without the fear of being bitten by a snake. I saw a big cobra's skin just outside the resort. The dinner should be cooked well.
