Falcon Crest

Booked for 4 days & 3 nights. Location: the location was good. Roads were good didn't have trouble even during the monsoon time. It's away from the tourist spots, which is a good to my preference. Approximately, it will take 20 to 30 min to reach the spots(11km. Room: the view from the Falcon Crest is good and as same as mentioned in the photos. You can see the sunrise from e the balcony. The room is very spacious for a family of 3(2 adult's & 1 kid. The bathroom was very clean. Rooms were cleaned properly daily, and the room service provided by them was great. Food: we had breakfast & dinner for the hole stay. Though breakfast was complimentary, they provided a variety of option on a daily basis. Dinner will be prepared on pre-order. Which was very good and not overpriced. Restaurants were clean, and hygiene was maintained properly. There is nothing to complain about. Amenities: amenities provided by the Falcon Crest were okies, scine they were old and we can feel that once we use it. But kids can have fun since they have a variety of games to play. The play area was neat but not well maintained, and they're in usable condition. The wi-fi was pretty bad, and most of the time, we don't have range. Since our network was done, we used the wifi most of the time for communication. We have to go in search of wifi range. Need to improve the wifi range. Service: overall service was great. Didn't face any issuse. The manager and the staffs were gentle and polite throughout the stay.

The resort is situated at the tea garden so it has a perfect view but at the cost of a remote location of 5 km from vagamon town. Rooms are good and clean. They have cottage also which was very good. Breakfast was very good in taste but it was not served hot. They must serve at-least tea and sambhar hot. That's why i deducted one point. Otherwise everything was fine.

Amazing location with great view. Initially we were sceptical about the location of the Falcon Crest as it's a little far from the city and the last mile was a bit difficult to cover; however, it was totally worth it. The room size is really big with all the basic amenities. The food was also very tasty.

awsome stay , property and view was excellent, food was yum . The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze 💕😘

Property in itself is very beautiful. Food, amenities and services are good. The location is a little remote and the welcome board is too small. People reaching in the night might miss out the entrance and land somewhere else.

Falcon is situated at awesome location but away from main city, but apt for people looking to stay with nature. Rooms are clean and food is delicious. My kids liked the place very much!

Good spacious rooms. Great food. A great place to spend your weekend. The intercom doesn't work and need to connect through wap. And the wifi is restricted to 2 users only.

Falcon crest is a premium property located in a tea estate, they have good service, homely food and class facilities

room was neat and clean and food was great 👍 but restroom exhaust was not working properly and power cut was many times in a day

Awesome experience! Had friendly staff. Mr. Rithun assisted us, helped us plan our visits, guided us for tourist spots, and helped to book a Jeep ride for us.

The room had an amazing view of the hills and tea estates. Loved the food. The staff was really helpful. The resort is close to many of the main sites at vagamon.
