Worst hotel. I booked AC room, they gave me non AC room. After complaining there was no response from the lady caretaker. Very rude. I check in at night around 12:30, i was so exhausted because of long travel. Then around 2am at night reception guy calls me and tell me to empty the room and go to different room. They forced me to change the room. I was so mich angry, but i i was not able to do anything, as i already made the payment for 2 nights also at that time of night where would I go. I called lady caretaker, first she told me she will check and let me know, but after that there was no response. I called again, she did not pick my call. They gave my original room to someone who booked directly and forced me to shift to another room, which was neither clean and there was no AC. It was a horrible experience. I am a frequent business traveller, and this was my worst experience. Worst hotel.

Possibly the worst hotel i had ever stay in my life. In every respect it is pathetic. No room service for 3 days stay, rotten vegetables in dinner for one night, never asked for dinner after that. Breakfast items are just not good either. Overall a very sad experience.

businessStayed there for 3 nights, location is very accessible. Ordered dinner was good. The toilet door doesn't fit, have to indigenously create a stopper to not keep the door ajar. The bed was ok and in the middle of the night the painting (decoration) feel on the bed. Luckily not on the side i was sleeping. The bed linen weren't changed till i requested them to. Room wasn't cleaned despite instructing the next day. Complicated mechanism for hot water, wasn't aware, didn't use.

The stay is pathetic. No room service or any kind of service provided to us. Once i asked for a bottom water they took 1 hour to deliver it, even after calling to the reception multiple times. At last some cold drinks were drop on the bed sheet, they have charged 500 rupees. I am okay with the charges, but i have asked multiple times that i need a receipt and i also requested to pay it via card. They didn't agreed. They said you have to pay via cash on gpay and you will not allowed pay it via card since we have to pay gst. What kind of non sense is this. I am terribly unhappy with everything. I would like to give negative stars.
