We had our booking at Falcons Nest Hotel at Banjara Hills. Initially there was confusion regarding the booking, but the matter was solved immediately and I received an sms regarding the booking confirmation at Madhu Kunj. The manager at the Falcons Nest | Rooms in an Apartment was very co-operative. We had a complementary breakfast which was really very good and we enjoyed a lot. The facilities such as AC, wireless network, were properly working, parking was very good. The room service was also good. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Hyderabad at Falcons Nest, Madhu Kunj, Near TDP Office, Banjara Hills.

We had a very comfortable stay. We even extended our stay. We were looking for a homely surrounding and it turned out perfect for us with 2 kids. The premise was hygienic, ample air circulation and open space for kids. Home cooked food. Staff was courteous and helping. Only drawback was that the service wasn't as quick as you get in a Falcons Nest | Rooms in an Apartment.

Location is very good, very clean rooms but there is no ventilation in the room. Don't expect toiletries in the room except a small soap and towel.

Its like a home stay. It's at the central Hyderabad which is good but the road leading to it is pretty cross which is bad. Rooms are spacious and clean and food is good but in case of power cut, AC cuts off and that's really bad !! In winter may be an OK place, but I won't recommend it for summers ..

Great place to stay. Excellent location. Staff were polite and warm. Overall a good experience. Would recommend Falcons Nest Banjara Hills Road no 6 as best place to stay in Hyderabad. Just besides Radisson Blu the place is beautiful. Only issue was power cut but they have gensets to deal with it.

Guest house is very good, neat and staff was courteous. Location is very calm but also very close to all resturants and shopping. The only drawback is two rooms in the lower level are less ventilated and hence no air circulation, need to have the AC on all the time.
